NOW HIRING
Store Manager for Second Chance Thrift Shop
Background information: Supporting the Summerville community since 1988, Second Chance Thrift Shop is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that receives donations of clothes and household goods from the public. It’s a way to give a second chance to previously-treasured belongings. Volunteers sort, test, iron, and make the items sales worthy. Volunteers sell the items, keep the shop well stocked, and maintain an attractive sales floor. Shoppers can purchase quality housewares, home décor, clothing for the whole family, and more. With 88 dedicated volunteers, Second Chance is a welcoming and friendly place to donate, shop and volunteer. Proceeds are donated to local nonprofit organizations through our Community Support Awards program. In 2022, we awarded $161,500 to nonprofits that serve those most in need in our community.
